AVOCADO FRIES WITH CILANTRO LIME SAUCE by antonetroajer

Avocado fries is an easy and healthy snack tastes crispy on the outside and soft inside. Sliced avocado coated with bread crumbs and baked.

Ingredients

  • 1 no AVOCADO
  • 3 tbsp ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 0.25 cup MILK
  • 0.50 cup BREAD CRUMBS
  • 0.25 tsp PEPPER BLACK
  • 0.50 tsp SALT TABLE
  • 1 tbsp OIL
  • 0.50 tsp RED CHILI POWDER

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees and grease the baking pan with oil. Slice the avocado into thin slices.
In a bowl add bread crumbs, red chili powder, salt and mix well. In a separate bowl add all purpose flour, a pinch of salt, pepper powder and mix well. Keep the milk ready in a separate bowl.
Coat each avocado slice with flour mixture first then dip in the milk then on the bread crumbs mixture.
Arrange the avocado slices on a greased baking pan and drizzle oil on top of the avocado slices. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Turn the avocado slices to the other side after 10 minutes. Crispy baked avocado slices are ready to serve.
For cilantro lime sauce: Blend 8 oz of sour cream, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 tsp of lime juice, jalapeno peppers (to taste), salt (to taste) together until smooth and serve.
