This is the recipe for the traditional christmas almonds or caramelized almonds using a thermomix robot.
- 200 grs of almonds without salt, with the skin
- 10 grs butter
- 80 grs of brown sugar
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon (powdered)
- 10 grs water
1 - Put the almonds, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in the Thermomix and program 5 minutes at varoma temperature in reverse turn at spoon speed.
2 - Add the water and program 10 minutes at varoma temperature, reverse rotation and speed 1.
3 - Remove immediately to a tray and let cool. After a few days they dry out more and are richer, but they can be eaten at once.
