
Stir Fry Tofu, Tomato & Egg is a common family dish for Chinese. It is cheap, nutritious and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 medium tomato cut in cubes
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1 box of firm (or medium) tofu (14 oz)
- 1 bundle of green onion, cut in sections
- 1/4 medium onion, cut in cubes
- 3 cloves of garlic, smashed
- 1-2 teaspoon of soy source
- Black pepper
- 1/4 of Olive oil
- 3/4 cup of starch water
- Soy source

Directions
1. Turn on medium high heat & pour in oil
2. When oil is getting hot, add garlic & onion
3. Stir & cook for 1 min. Then add tomato
4. Cook tomato well for 1-2 min.
5. Turn heat down to medium
6. Add tofu & stir occasionally for 1 min.
7. Add scrambled egg & cook for 1 min.
8. Add Green onion & stir for 30 seconds
9. Turn heat to low
10. Add starch water & stir
10. Add soy source & pepper to taste
20 minutes
