
One healthy sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups of honey
- 3 cups of sesame seeds
- I strip of lemon peel (Optional)
- Parchment paper

Directions
1. Stir & brown the sesame seeds in low heat & put aside
2. Low heat, pour in honey & lemon peel in a shallow pan, stir frequently & bring it to a boil.
3. Pick up lemon peel & discard it
4. Add the browned sesame seeds, stir frequently & bring it to a second boil. Turn heat off.
5.Spread the parchment paper on a surface and pour the mixture on it.
6.Leave it in the refrigerator for around 5 min. to harden
7. Once harden, use a sharp knife to cut into pieces
