
that's right. cheddar BEER sauce. it is super tasty and easy to make. it makes many things better than they would otherwise be.
Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cheddar
- 1 chopped green onion

Directions
1. Put the broccoli in a steamer. Steam it to your desired degree of cookedness.
2. Whisk 1/4 cup beer and flour in a bowl. Set aside.
3. Combine milk and 1/4 cup beer in a pan; bring to a simmer. Stir in flour mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes. Add cheddar and green onions, whisk. Pour over broccoli.
