Ingredients
- 1 C dry brown rice
- 2 C water
- 1 large head of broccoli
- 10 oz frozen cooked shrimp
- 1 t canola oil
- 1 T mirin
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1-3 t sriracha
Directions
Cook the brown rice.
saute the broccoli and shrimp with the oil, mirin and sesame oil until done (3-5 minutes). Stir in as much sriracha chili sauce as you like. serve over brown rice.
