
Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 12 large shrimp
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned to remove the tough outer skins.
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 2 C chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 C chopped butter lettuce
- 1 peeled avocado, cut into chunks

Directions
Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook in a grill pan or saute in a fry pan, 3 minutes or until shrimp are done. Remove from pan; keep warm.
Toss everything together in a bowl. Serve.
Arrange 2 cups lettuce mixture on each of 4 plates. Top each serving with 3 avocado wedges; divide shrimp and grapefruit sections evenly among servings.
