
Roasted seeds are great. So why throw away the ones you pull out of an acorn or a butternut squash? Roast them on up.
Ingredients
- seeds, from an acorn squash, or maybe a butternut squash.
- olive oil
- salt and, if you like, pepper
Directions
preheat oven to 275.
mix it all together.
put it on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
bake for 15 minutes or until the seeds start to pop.
20 minutes
