Ingredients
- 6 oz. orzo
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 C frozen peas
- 1 C marinara
- 1/2 t white pepper
- 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 t chili flakes
- chopped parsley
- 15-20 small shrimp, tails and shells removed, chopped in half.
- parmesan

Directions
cook the orzo and set aside
saute the cauliflower, carrots and peas together until tender. add shirimp and saute for a few minutes, until they look almost done. add marinara, white pepper, black pepper, chili flakes and parsley. stir in orzo. serve it up with grated parmesan on top.
