Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 C veg stock
- 1/2 C milk
- 1.5 C chopped cauliflower
- 1.5 C chopped broccoli
- 5 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
- 3 oz shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper

Directions
Saute the broccoli and cauliflower in some olive oil until lightly browned, then add a bit of water to finish the cooking process.
Saute the garlic in some olive oil in a large skillet. Add stock and milk and bring to a boil. Add dry pasta and simmer for 5 minutes or until mostly tender. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Then add the broccoli and cauliflower and let everything simmer together until everything tastes done.
