When I turned 100 years old, I had a party. Since my favorite drink is Champagne, I worked with the bartenders to create this special Champagne cocktail for my party.
- 1 splash d'Arbo Elderflower Syrup
- 4 ounces Champagne
- Very thin slice of lemon
- Note: Use French Champagne! You deserve it.
First pour the syrup in champagne flute. You can swirl it around if you like.
Then pour the champagne into the flute.
Float the thin lemon slice on top. I recommend against Meyer Lemons,
their flavor is too flowery for my taste.
