  • ¼ cup good quality balsamic vinegar (I prefer an aged variety.)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 25-30 fresh sage leaves
  • 3 ounces thinly-sliced Prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
