I cook authentic South and North Indian food--learned first-hand by living in India for 2 yrs. Champagne/sparkling wine goes with everything--even the cheaper varieties! I make a great pound cake which is my great grandmother's recipe. I prefer eating at home to eating out because we cook better in our household than most people cook in restaurants. My husband bakes the bread and makes the naan and roti, as well as croissants!
