roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400•.

Chop the cauliflower. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes or until tender and delicious-looking.

Serve.
