- 1/4 cup chili bean sauce
- 1/4 cup black bean chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp xiao xing
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lb ground meat (turkey, pork, etc.)
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
Mix together the chili bean sauce, black bean chili sauce, soy sauce, xiao xing, and sesame oil. Add the meat and mix well.
In a large skillet, heat the canola oil over high heat. Add the meat mixture and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
Add the green onions and cook another couple of minutes.
Serve with tortillas and grated cabbage.
