parmesan green beans

These were hard to resist, although they weren't "crispy" as promised by Dashing Dish. I did alter the recipe so maybe it was my fault. That said, I would 100% make this again. Fantastic. I made 2lbs of green beans, and they're gone. Aioli, by the way, makes a nice dipping sauce.


  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
4 servings


Preheat oven to 425ยบ.

Toss green beans with olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Take care to keep green beans from overlapping.

Bake for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
