What can I say? This frosting is a classic. Spike it if you dare.


  • 8 tbsp butter, at room temperature
  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup light rum (optional)
2 cups


Whisk ingredients until smooth.
