This salad is simple and good. I first had it at Ms. Jessica's house, and I was hooked. I thought about serving it today as a Thanksgiving appetizer since the Arnolds are kind of crazy for radishes. Plus, Austin's Central Market had such beautiful radishes.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar peas
  • 2 bunches radishes
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp kosher sale
6 sides

Directions

Wash the peas and remove their ends and strings. Wash radishes and cut in half. Toss with olive oil and salt.

Transfer to a pretty dish and serve.
