I marveled at how quickly my mother-in-law Sandi made whipped up some homemade whipped cream. The secret: a stick blender that just fits the container. This focuses the whipping and produces the most delicious whipped cream in a super-short amount of time. You will never, ever used store bought whipped cream again.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
2 cups

Directions

Pour cream and sugar into a tall cylinder jar. Using a stick blender, churn the milk until it becomes stiff.
