This meaty and fatty faux rib is an inexpensive way to add porky flavor to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs country-style pork ribs
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
6-8 servings

Directions

Mix the spices and rub it all over the meat. Let it marinate for 3 hours or so.

Bring the meat to room temperature before grilling.

Grill at high heat (about 450ยบ) until cook at the center. You'll have to wing it or use a thermometer because this cut is very uneven.

Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
