- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bunch kale, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
Whisk together the peanut butter, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Toss the kale and carrots with the peanut dressing.
