My version is simple and has less sugar than the average recipe. I like it tart so be warned.
- 12 oz cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
Combine the cranberries, sugar, orange zest, and orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the cranberries soften and the whole thing thickens, about 15 minutes.
