Okay. This isn't really a recipe. It's actually a reminder that it's okay--even advised!--to eat veggies in the morning.
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bundle chard, sliced
- Salt to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the chard and cook until wilted. (Take care not to overcook it!)
Taste it. Add salt if necessary.
Serve with bacon and a runny egg.
