bulgur with steak and chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cups cooked bulgur
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 lb flank steak, grilled
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced and grilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro

Directions

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, cumin, and salt. Toss with bulgur and chickpeas. Top with steak and onions. Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
