Spicy Cinnamon Frosting (great with chocolate cupcakes)
This frosting is so good that Liz Dunn once dove across the kitchen to stop me when I was about to dump some extra in the garbage. She ate about a cup of it before even trying a cupcake.
- 1/2 C softened butter
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 t cinnamon (I use spicy Vietnamese cinnamon)
- 3-5 C powdered sugar
- 3-5 T milk
Beat together the butter, vanilla, cinnamon and 1 C powdered sugar. When creamy, begin to alternate adding powdered sugar and small bits of milk until you get the right consistency.
