Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Almonds by alchemisty

the maple syrup adds a pleasing carmel-y flavor to the roasted sprouts.


  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1/4 C slivered almonds
  • 2 t canola oil
  • 2 t maple syrup
  • salt and pepper
4 servings


preheat oven to 425.

mix the halved brussels sprouts in a bowl with the rest of the ingedients. put on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and bake for 17 minutes or until done, stirring once halfway through.
