Mushroom Celery White Wine Sauce for Pasta

OMG yummy. Don't let the celery scare you. You WANT it.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cremini mushrooms
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 1/3 C white wine
  • 2-3 T harissa
  • 1/2 t salt
4 servings

Directions

heat the olive oil in a pan. saute the chopped onion and celery until it is tender. add the mushrooms. saute for a few minutes. add white wine and harissa. saute until the liquid thickens a bit. salt to taste. toss with some pasta--preferably freshly made pasta.
