simple and yum.
- 8 oz snow peas (remove strings if they are tough)
- 1-2 T sesame oil
- 2 T chopped chives
- 1 T white or black sesame seeds, toasted
- sea salt
put some water in a saucepan that is big enough for the peas, bring it to a boil, add the peas and cook them until tender yet firm, about 2 minutes.
strain the excess water out and toss the peas with the the rest of the ingredients. serve with sea salt.
