Stir Fry Cabbage with Diced Tomatoes by Amah

Both cabbage and cooked tomatoes (lycopene) are high in antioxidant which are beneficial to our body. By adding caned diced tomatoes with chipotle chilies makes the cabbage more testy.

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of chapped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of chapped carrot
  • 2 chapped mushroom
  • 1/2 cup of caned diced tomatoes with chipotle chilies
  • 2 clovers of chapped garlic
  • olive oil, salt
1 serving

Directions

1. Turn on medium high heat
2. Add 1 table spoon of oil to frying pan
3. When hot put in garlic, stir until turning brown
4. Add cabbage, carrot, mushroom & stir
5. Cook for 1 minutes then add diced tomatoes
6. Low down the heat & stir for 1 min.
