I got this recipe at a BBQ and had to save it for later.
- 4 cups watermelon
- 1 cup simple syrup*
- 1 lime, juiced
- *5 parts sugar and 4 parts water
In a blender or food processor, liquefy the watermelon (sans seeds).
Add the simple syrup and lime juice.
Pour into your ice cream maker and freeze per the machine's instructions.
