I gobbled these up right off the baking sheet. No ragrets.
- 1 large zucchini, 1/4" thick
- 1/4 c marinara (use my simple marinara recipe and fish out the tomato chunks)
- 1 cheese stick, sliced ultra thin (I got 18 slices)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Saute zucchini 2 minutes on each side in olive oil. Salt and pepper.
Put them on a baking sheet. Top with marinara and cheese.
Bake 350 for 20 minutes
Tastes better than freedom.
