Udon Noodle Soup, So Yummy!
Oh so good! We had all these easy ingredients in the fridge. And, of course, I am always looking for a way for the kids to devour a huge bowl of super intense chicken broth.
- Chicken broth (I make mine, simmer on the stove for many hours)
- Green onions
- Miso paste
- Grassfed meat sliced thin
- Udon noodles
Bring the broth to a boil
Take it down to a simmer
mix in the miso paste (I add a little liquid first in a cup to soften it)
Add the onions, thinly sliced meat and noodles.
Let it cook until noodles are done (5 minutes)
