This delicious smoothie makes up for the kale disaster I made this morning...
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1 banana
- 6 strawberries, stems removed
- 2 cups ice cubes
3 cups (2 servings)
Combine the ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth (about 1-3 minutes depending on the blender).
