This dressing is best topped with some roasted sesame seeds.
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp red miso paste
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced or crushed
Combine ingredients and whisk. Serve immediately or chill for later.
