- 6 pitas
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Preheat oven to 400º.
Cut pita into wedges (8 per pita). Toss with olive oil, parsley, and salt.
Spread across two baking sheets, taking care to keep chips from overlapping. Bake on middle-high and middle-low racks for 10 minutes. Then switch and bake for another 10 minutes. (If you're baking a half recipe on one sheet, place the pan in the middle rack, bake for 8 minutes, flip it around, and bake for a final 8 minutes.)
Cool before serving.
