Hot summers in California demand cool drinks at happy hour. This was whipped up from ingredients randomly on hand. The vodka is from Texas and the agave nectar is from Mexico, so I called it a Lone Star Limón Fresco.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lemons
  • 2 tblsp. chilled agave nectar
  • 2 shots chilled Tito's vodka
  • Crushed ice
  • Seltzer water
1 drink

Directions

Squeeze the lemons into a pint glass. Fill glass 3/4 full with crushed ice. Add vodka and agave nectar. Top up with seltzer water. Give it a stir. Enjoy!

It was October 18th in San Francisco, so it was high summer for us. It was 82 degrees at 8pm!
