I added a jalapeno to give this recipe some kick.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
5 servings

Directions

Hard-boil and peel the eggs.

Simmer eggs with soy sauce, sugar, water, and ginger until liquid evaporates.
