Korean Salted Egg (Talgyal Changjorim)
I added a jalapeno to give this recipe some kick.
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ginger
Hard-boil and peel the eggs.
Simmer eggs with soy sauce, sugar, water, and ginger until liquid evaporates.
