Baked Root Vegetable

Baked Root Vegetable  by Amah

You can make it with any combination of root vegetables you preferred. It is tasty and easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • 3-medium potatoes, peeled, sliced
  • 1-large turnip peeled and sliced
  • 5-carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2-tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon grounded black pepper
  • 1-tea teaspoon Garlic salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degree
2. Put sliced root vegetables into a bowl.
3. Pour oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper & garlic salt to the bowl & mix them well
4. Pour the seasoned of mix root vegetable into a baking pan.
5. Bake it for 30 min or until the roots are tender.
