INGREDIENT GRANOLA BAR RECIPE by antonetroajer

Granola bar recipe is simple to make at home with only 5 ingredients. Granola bars are a healthy and easy grab and go breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quaker Oats
  • 0.50 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 0.50 cup Raisins
  • 30 no Roasted Almonds

Directions

Line a wide plate with the parchment paper and keep it ready.
In a saucepan, melt butter, add honey and mix well. Cook until the honey and butter together comes to a boil. Add oats, raisins, almonds and mix well.
Transfer to a plate lined with parchment paper and spread evenly and form a thick square. Flatten using the back of a spatula to a smooth and flat surface.
Refrigerate for an hour and cut them into 8 bars using a sharp knife and serve or store for up to a week in the refrigerator.
