EGGLESS DATE NUT BREAD WITH OATS AND WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
Eggless date nut bread with oats and whole wheat flour is a vegan bread recipe. Date nut bread is a sweet and moist bread recipe with dates and walnuts.
- 0.75 cup WHEAT FLOUR
- 1.50 cup MILK
- 10 no DATES MEDJOOL
- 0.50 cup VEGETABLE OIL
- 0.50 cup SUGARS GRANULATED
- 1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
- 0.25 cup WALNUTS CHOPPED
- 1 tsp BAKING SODA
- 1 tsp BAKING POWDER
- 0.75 cup OATS
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a medium size loaf pan with cooking oil or butter.
Powder the oats using a blender or mixer. Deseed the dates and blend with the milk, sugar and vanilla extract to a smooth puree.
In a wide bowl add oats powder, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
Add dates puree, vegetable oil and mix well. Transfer the batter to a prepared loaf pan and bake it for 60 - 65 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center of a bread and comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool completely in a loaf pan itself. Once the bread cooled down, run a knife around the corners of a pan gently and flip the loaf pan upside down to take out the bread. Slice and serve.
