Gyro Burger

The Gyro Burger with 50/50 lamb and hamburger and topped with tomatoes, onions & tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients

  • Burger
  • 1 Lb Ground Lamb
  • 2 Lbs Ground Chuck Beef 80% lean / 20% fat
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Dill
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • Tzatziki Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt 6oz
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber peeled, seeded, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Tsp Dill
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Toppings
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
