Summer Pasta

Too many cherry tomatoes? One possible solution.

Ingredients

  • Angel hair pasta - 60g
  • Handful cherry toms
  • Shaved parmesan
  • Flat leaf parlsey
  • olive oil
1 serving

Directions

Cook pasta to directions. Drain. Back in the pot. Toss tomatoes in. Break a couple up up your spoon. Turn the heat back on for a few minutes. Drizzle in a little olive oil. When heated through transfer to bowl and shave off some parmesan with a vegetable peeler. Toss some fresh parsley on. Ta da!
