lotus root

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lotus root
  • 1 red fresno pepper
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
4 sides

Directions

Prepare ingredients: Finely chop the garlic. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the lotus root. Cut pepper in half, remove seeds, and thinly slice. Slice green onions.

Heat oil in pan. Add garlic. When garlic begins to brown, add lotus root, red pepper, and green onions. Add soy sauce. Sauté until lotus root begins to brown.

Serve.
