baked hard-boiled eggs

Ingredients

  • Eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 325º.

Place raw eggs in a muffin tin to prevent them from rolling.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and submerge the eggs in an ice bath.

Let eggs cool, and then drain. Use them right away or refrigerate them for later.
