I started a competition at work that asks people to create dishes using only the ingredients found in the office kitchen. It can be hard without things like butter so you're forced to be creative. Here's my submission for the week.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 bite-sized Milky Way bar
1 snack
Directions
Pour the cereal into a microwave-safe bowl. Unwrap the Milky Way bar and set it on top. Microwave for 30 seconds or until the Milky Way expands and then implodes.
Working quickly and in such as way as to not burn your hands, combine the ingredients to form a ball. It's best to utilize the melted nougat and caramel for this purpose while doing your best to keep the chocolate shell on the inside in order to maintain a colorful exterior.
Let cool and harden, about 10 minutes.
