Gluten-Free Flour Blend

Gluten-Free Flour Blend by Sarah Xiong

Works great with any recipe. May need xanthan gum as a binding agent in some recipes.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups (28 1/2 ounces) white rice flour
  • 2 cups (10 3/4 ounces) potato starch
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) tapioca flour or tapioca starch
  • HALVED
  • 14.25 oz white rice flour
  • 2.875 oz potato starch
  • 2 oz tapioca flour

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together. Store in airtight container.
